Milk is the most valuable substance on Earth, It is the basic product of human existence. After birth the first thing we taste is milk and it has a significant role in the child`s later growth and development. Milk contains more than 100 different substances, such as protein, which supports muscle growth and repair, it is one of the best sources of calcium for body and bones, choline which supports sleep, strengthens memory and concentration ability, etc.

Our cheese is the best thing, which can be prepared from milk. To produce 1 kg of our cheese we use 14 liters of pasteurized cow`s milk. Our cheese is a living product that constantly changes with time, becoming matured and hence more valuable.
